TOURIST VISA – SIGHTSEEING WITHOUT GUARANTOR
- Original Passport with minimum 06 months validity from the date of travel.
- Old passports if any
- Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose of visit, Travel date, Accommodation details, Employment date, contact no, Email ID. ;
- 01 Photograph taken within last 06 months – 2 Inch X 2 Inch colour with white background.
- Confirmed travel booking with day to day details (Travel itinerary and Hotel booking).
- Original bank statement of last six months with sufficient balance.
- ITR – 03 years ( SARAL copy only).
- If the applicant is employed – Certificate of Employment from employer / NOC / Leave sanctioned & Salary bank statement for last six months.
- If the applicant is Student / Dependant - Consent from the parents / spouse , Original bank statement of last six months for parents / spouse, Latest Income Tax Return for parents / spouse.
- If the applicant is owner of company - Proof of ownership (e.g. Director Identification Number approval issued from Ministry of Corporate Affairs or proprietorship document issued from bank or Import export license) & Company bank statement.
- Proof of Relationship, in case the applicant is accompanied by any dependant, i.e. Passport copy, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate.
TOURIST VISA – SIGHTSEEING WITH GUARANTOR
- Original Passport with minimum 06 months validity from the date of travel.
- Photocopy of the Bio Data Page of the Current Passport (First and Last Page).
- One photograph taken within the last 6 months. (The photograph should be of size 2 x 2 inches, color with white background and printed on good quality paper).;
- Covering letter from applicant stating the purpose of visit.
- Confirmed travel booking with day to day details (Travel itinerary and Hotel booking).
- Original bank statement of last six months with seal and signature from bank with sufficient balance.
- Income Tax Return – 3 years (SARAL COPY).
- If the applicant is employed - Certificate of Employment from employer / NOC / Leave sanctioned and Salary bank statement for last six months.
- If the applicant is Student / Dependant - Consent from the parents / spouse .And Original bank statement of last six months and latest Income and Tax Return for parents / spouse.
- If the applicant is owner of company - Proof of ownership (e.g. Director Identification Number approval issued from Ministry of Corporate.
- Affairs or proprietorship document issued from bank or Import export license).
- b. Company bank statement.
- Documents from the Inviter / Guarantor in Japan.
- a. Original Invitation Letter b. Schedule of Stay c. Original Letter of Guarantee if the Inviter is bearing the expenses d. Certificate of Income / bank deposit / copy of final tax return / certificate of tax payment of the Guarantore. Copy of Passport (First and Last page).
- Additional documents, in case the Inviter / Guarantor is Foreign National
- a. Copy of Passport (First and Last page) b. Copy of latest and valid Japan Visa c. Copy of passport pages with status items; entry / departure and permission of residence d. Copy of the certificate of alien registration (Both front & back).
- Juminhyo Certificate - A Juminhyo is a registry of current residential addresses maintained by local governments in Japan.
- Certificate of employment with designation.
- Proof of Relationship with Guarantor.
- Proof of Relationship, in case the applicant is accompanied by any dependant, i.e. Passport.
- Copy, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate.

BUSINESS AFFAIR / MARKET REASEARCH / CONFERENCE VISA
- Original Passport with minimum 06 months validity from the date of travel.
- One photograph taken within the last 6 months. (The photograph should be of size 2 x 2inches,color with white background and printed on good quality paper).
- Original Invitation Letter.
- Confirmed travel booking and Schedule of Stay.
- Personal Covering Letter.
- Covering Letter by the Employer / Travel requisition from the company.
- Last 6 Month Salary Slip.
- Last 6 month Personal Bank Statement.
- Last 3 year Income tax – Saral copy.
- Indian Company’s Bank statement of last six months and Latest 3 Year Income Tax Return, if the Indian company is bearing the expenses.
- Original Letter of Guarantee.
- A certified copy of the incorporation register or an overview of company / organization.
- When an individual is extending an invitation, submit the Certificate of Employment in lieu of copy of the incorporation register or an overview of the company / organization.
- Certificate of Employment , Original salary bank statement of last six months, Latest Income Tax Return,
- If the applicant is owner of company - Proof of ownership (e.g. Director Identification Number approval issued from Ministry of Corporate.

- A company listed on stock exchange does not need to submit a copy of the incorporation register or an overview of the company / organization.
