E VISA
- Scanned copy of passport data page and cover page.
- Soft copy of photo – 3.5X 4.5 cm white background.
- Confirmed hotel booking with all passengers names.
- Confirmed to and fro ticket.
- If previously travelled to Thailand – Visa copy and Entry and Exit seal.
STICKER VISA
- Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any).
- 2 latest passport size white background photographs with 80% face projection.
- Covering letter in company letter head (Brief about him/her with name, passport number, purpose of visit duration of stay with travel date, expenses details).
- 06 Months updated bank statement with seal and sign with Rs.45000 per person.
- 3 Years IT Returns (Form-16 not acceptable).
- Hotel booking confirmation with names.
- Return confirmed Air ticket or Itinerary.
- Employement Proof – NOC & leave sanction .
- 03 months’ Salary Slip.
