*Tourists

• Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
• Taiwan Visa Application Form : Visa application form have to be filled online by the applicant. Given below are the link: https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw/BOCA_MRVWeb/subroot/MRVWeb0_form.jsp
• Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
• Please note : Photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned / stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
• Covering-Letter : Covering Letter from the applicant on the business letter head stating the name, designation, purpose of the trip, duration of the trip, where they will stay and who will bear the charges. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre, New Delhi
• Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary
• Hotel Booking: Hotel confirmation on Hotel’s letterhead
• Bank statement for last five months
• Financials: Personal bank statement for last three months
• Please Note: Personal Interview might be required depending case to case.
