1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of service.
  • Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other accepted payment methods.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Customer Cancellation:
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
    • Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • Company Cancellation:
    • If Flywell Tours and Travels cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
    • Refund processing time: 7-14 business days.

3. Travel Documentation

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required documents.
  • Flywell Tours and Travels is not liable for denied boarding due to improper documentation.

4. Travel Insurance

  • We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

5. Liability & Responsibilities

  • Flywell Tours and Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport services, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages sustained during the trip due to third-party service providers.
  • Any complaints regarding service providers must be directed to the respective provider.

6. Amendments & Changes

  • Flywell Tours and Travels reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, services, or prices due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any significant changes will be communicated to the traveler in advance.

7. Force Majeure

  • We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Kerala .
