Eligibility Criteria for Bangladesh Visa
- Indian Passport Holders – Indian nationals with a valid passport can apply for a Bangladesh visa.
- Purpose of Travel – The visa is available for:
- Tourism
- Family or Friends Visit
- Business Travel
Note: Employment visas cannot be processed through Flywell Tours and Travels.
- Mandatory Travel Insurance – Travelers to Bangladesh must have travel insurance. We provide comprehensive travel insurance at an additional cost.
Documents Required for Bangladesh Visa
For Tourist Visa
- Passport – Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months and at least two blank pages. Attach all old passports (if any).
- Visa Application Form – One duly filled and signed Bangladesh Visa Application Form.
- Photographs – Two recent passport-size photos (35mm x 45mm), matt or semi-matt finish, white background, and 60%-80% face coverage. Photos must be less than 3 months old.
- Covering Letter – A signed letter from the applicant, mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit. Addressed to:
The Visa Officer, Deputy High Commission for the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Mumbai.- Self-employed applicants must use company letterhead.
- Proof of Occupation – Original Leave Letter/NOC from the employer, along with an employee ID copy.
- Bank Statement – Last 6 months’ bank statement with bank seal and signature.
- Accommodation Proof – Hotel booking confirmation.
- Business Visiting Card – If applicable.
- PAN Card/Aadhaar Copy – Mandatory for all applicants.
- Flight Ticket – Copy of confirmed air ticket.
📌 Important Note:
Mumbai passport holders must submit their visa application in person at the Consulate. However, a company employee can submit on the applicant’s behalf with an authority letter and company ID.
For Business Visa
- Passport – Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months and two blank pages. Attach old passports (if any).
- Visa Application Form – Two completed and signed application forms (photocopied forms are accepted).
- Photographs – Two recent passport-size photos (35mm x 45mm), white background, matt or semi-matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage. Photos must be less than 3 months old.
- Covering Letter – A signed letter from the applicant, mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit. Addressed to:
The Visa Officer, Deputy High Commission for the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Mumbai. - Invitation Letter – A letter from the host company in Bangladesh, mentioning the name, designation, purpose, and duration of visit.
- Company Registration Copy – Proof of business registration.
- Business Visiting Card – Mandatory.
- PAN Card/Aadhaar Copy – Mandatory.
- Flight Ticket – Copy of confirmed air ticket.

The tourist visa grants you the right to stay in Bangladesh for a maximum of 60 days for leisure or recreational purposes.
The business visa grants you the right to stay in Bangladesh for a maximum of 180 days.
