4. Cover letter needs to be addressed “To the visa officer, Consulate General of China, Mumbai”
5. Invitation letter should be sign & stamp in Chinese + Invite lince copy & Invite national id card front & back page.
6. If travelling for exhibition, then provide the exhibition letter + hotel voucher

Cover letter- Covering Letter: Covering letter on company letter head (if self employed) from the applicant addressed to, the visa officer, Consulate General of China, Mumbai stating name of the applicant, personal profile, nationality, passport details, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and also to be noted that all the expenses including medical, boarding & lodging will be borne by the applicant / sponsor.
5.Hotel voucher copy and day to day itinerary OR If family visit then Invitation letter + invitee’s Valid China residence Copy + work permit copy + Residence address proof + Relation proof
6. Occupation proof:-
– If company employee: Company leave letter + Salary Slip for last 06 months
– If Self-employed: Company registration copy
– If Student: School/ College id copy
7. Personal Original Bank Statement (for last 6 months) with minimum balance of Rs.1, 60,000.00 with Bank Seal and authorised signatures.
Please Note: If you are applying your visa from Mumbai and your passport is not issued from Maharashtra and Karnataka then you have to submit any one stay proofs of your residence in Maharashtra / Karnataka as per the below mentioned list:
a) Lease & License Agreement
b) Address proof in the Companies letter head (Original)
c) MTNL, BSNL bill of last month d) Marriage Certificate
