- Birth Certificate: Listing both parents.
- Notarized Consent Letter: If traveling with one or no parents, notarized authorization is required.
- Death Certificate: If one or both parents are deceased.
- Parents’ ID Proof: Passport or Aadhaar.
6. If Visiting Family or Friends
- Invitation Letter: Stating the purpose and duration of stay.
- Inviter’s ID Proof: Passport or Residence Permit.
- Address Proof: Utility bill or rental agreement.
7. If Sponsored
- Sponsorship Letter: Mentioning details of the trip and financial responsibility.
- Sponsor’s ID Proof: Passport or Residence Permit.
- Financial Proof: Updated bank statement and pay slips.
Business Visa Requirements
Applicants traveling for business purposes must provide:
- Introduction Letter: From the employer or the Chamber of Commerce.
- Company Registration Certificate: From the Ministry of Commerce.
- Income Tax Returns: For the last 3 years.
- Invitation Letter: From a company in Moldova.
- Business Partner’s Company License: A copy of the Moldovan company’s registration certificate.
