  6. Access payment receipt: Review the payment confirmation message and print or download the Payment Receipt in PDF format. A copy of the receipt will also be sent to your email address.
  7. Complete application: Note the case number of your submitted application and click "Finish" to complete the process.
  8. Tracking status: Monitor the status of your application in My Workplace. Applications are organized in folders based on their status, such as "Draft," "Submitted," "Rejected," or "Approved." If necessary, resume incomplete applications from the "Drafts" folder.
  9. Access approval/rejection letter: Navigate to My Workplace and access the Approved Cases folder. Click on the approved case, then navigate to "Outgoing Documents" to view and download the Approval/Rejection letter.
