Types of Malaysia Visas for Indians

- eNTRI (Electronic Travel Registration & Information) – A short-term entry permit for Indian travelers, valid for 15 days.
- Sticker Visa – A multiple-entry visa stamped on the passport, required for long-term travel.
- Transit Visa – Needed if you’re transiting through Malaysia and leaving the airport.
Malaysia Visa Requirements for Indians
To apply for a Malaysia visa, ensure you have the following documents:
- Passport – Valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
- Photographs – Two recent passport-sized photos with a white background.
- Flight Ticket – Confirmed return ticket.
- Hotel Booking – Proof of accommodation for the entire stay.
- Bank Statement – Last three months’ statement with sufficient funds.
- Visa Application Form – Duly filled and signed.
- Travel Itinerary – A detailed plan of your trip.
For business visas, an invitation letter from the Malaysian company is required.

- Pay the Visa Fee – The fee varies depending on the visa type.
- Receive Your Visa – Processing takes 3-7 working days. eVisa and eNTRI are emailed, while sticker visas are stamped in the passport.

There is no facility of getting Malaysia visa on arrival for Indians. Indians nationals travelling from India to Malaysia will need to get the Malaysia visa online before travelling to the country.

However, the final decision to grant a Malaysia visa on arrival is at the discretion of the Immigration officer at Malaysia.
