Must have Documents for Belarus Visa

- Company’s Income Tax Returns: of last 3 years
3. If Retired
- Retirement Proof: pension book, statement etc

- ID Card: from school, college or institute
5. If Minor
- Birth Certificate showing the names of both parents
- Legalized Letter of Consent (NOC)
- If the child is travelling with one parent, the letter of consent authorizing travel must be legalized by the other parent
- If the child is travelling alone or without either parent, a notarized letter of consent from both parents permitting travel
- Death Certificate: in case one or both parents are deceased
- ID Proof: of parents
6. If Visiting friend or relative
- Invitation letter: stating the relationship with the inviter and purpose of visiting the country & assuring the responsibility for housing and related expenses during the guest’s stay in Algeria

- Sponsorship Letter: providing the name of the visitors, what the purpose of the visit is, relationship with the visitors, length of stay, dates of travel & any other additional information if necessary

8. For Business Visa
Introduction/ recommendation letter from
- One of the Chambers of Commerce and Industries, government of India;
- Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India;
- Export Promotion Council of India; or Reference number from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan.
Registration certificate of the company from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India
- Income tax documents of the last three years;
- Letter from the company addressed to the embassy, introducing the business man for visa issuance;
- Invitation letter from the local partner or prospect local partner company in Afghanistan;
- Copy of the license (JAWAZ) of the local partner or prospect local partner company in Afghanistan.

Yes, the Embassy will stamp the visa in the original passport. Therefore, two blank pages are required in the passport. Your passport should also be valid for minimum six months beyond the intended stay.

- Yes.Foreign citizens of 74 countries including India can enter and stay in Belarus for up to 30 days and exit from the territory of Belarus only through the State border checkpoint of the Republic of Belarus “Minsk National Airport”.
To enter the Republic of Belarus in the visa-free regime via the checkpoint “Minsk National Airport”, Indian nationals should have the following documents:
Valid ordinary passport
- The passport must be valid at least 90 days beyond intended date of departure from the Republic of Belarus
Proof of Financial means
- at least US $ 600 for each month of stay per person. For the period of stay in Belarus less than one month — at least US $ 25 for each day of stay per person.
- Return tickets with confirmation of departure from “Minsk National Airport” within 30 days
- Medical insurance policy with coverage for at least 10 000 euros, valid in Belarus during the whole duration of stay.
- Valid multiple entry visa of the European Union member states or Schengen zone bearing a European Union or Schengen Area entry stamp
Before arrival Indian citizens need to submit in advance (not later than the established time frame) the documents to the Foreign Admissions Division (FAD) of the Consular Directorate of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Belarus, which is located at the airport:
- For short-term visas – not later than 3 business days before the expected arrival date.
- For long-term visas – not later than 5 business days before the expected arrival date.
- Eligible visitors who plan to spend more than 5 business days in Belarus must register with the territorial departments of the Citizenship and Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus
Short term visas may be single-entry, double-entry and multiple-entry, depending upon the purpose of travel and type of visa.
One must carefully note what kind of entry is permitted. If the visa reads a single entry, its holder can only enter and leave Belarus once whereas, with multiple entries, he/she can enter or leave more than once
The Embassy has the final call when it comes to a Belarus visa rejection. If your application is rejected or is granted for a shorter period, the authorities’ decision is final and no refund will be issued.
