ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR COLOMBIA VISA
To be eligible for a Colombia visa, you must meet the following criteria:
- Valid passport
Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your intended stay.
- Clean criminal record
You must provide a clean criminal history verification from the Indian police.
- Travel medical insurance
You must have comprehensive travel medical insurance that covers health and potential travel incidents.
- Financial stability
You must provide proof of financial means to support your stay in Colombia.
- Yellow Fever Certificate
It is advisable to carry an original Yellow Fever Certificate (YFC) at the time of travel.
- Proof of onward/return flights
You must hold proof of onward/return flights.
- Hotel bookings
You must have supporting documents to show your hotel bookings in the country.
- Strong reasons to visit
You must have strong reasons to visit Colombia.
Indian nationals do not require a Colombian visa for a stay up to 90 days if they meet certain conditions.

- Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any
- 2 Scanned recent colour photograph. (Photo Specification);
- Visa Application forms: completed and signed
- Personal Covering letter: explaining purpose of travel to the country
- Original Bank Statement: stamped & updated for last 3 months with bank seal
- Air tickets: proof of return flight tickets from and back to your home country
- Hotel reservation: proof of accommodation for your entire stay
- Travel Itinerary: day-wise plan outlining all elements of the trip
FAQ OF COLOMBIA VISA
You do not need a visa to enter Colombia if you are a US or Schengen visa holder with a minimum validity of 180 days at the time of entering Colombia (an airport transit visa is not admissible) or you have residence permit in a Member State of the Schengen Area or in the United States of America. Otherwise you must apply for a visa
No. You are not required to visit the Colombian Consulate/Embassy personally. We will submit the visa application on your behalf.
A multiple entry is granted. The visa can be used for multiple entries into the country.
