ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR LIBERIA VISA
To be eligible for a Liberia visa, you must meet the following criteria:
- Passport:Â Your passport must be valid for at least six months, have at least one blank visa page, and not be torn, frayed, or alteredÂ
- Photos:Â Your photos must be taken within the last three months, be two inches by two inches, and be printed on high-quality photo paperÂ
- Health: You must be vaccinated against yellow fever. You may also need to provide proof of vaccination against Hepatitis A, Typhoid, or Rabies.Â
- Travel arrangements:Â You must have proof of travel and a round trip air ticket or other transportation to leave Liberia.Â
- Employment:Â You must not intend to work in Liberia during your stay.Â
- Criminal record:Â You must have a clean criminal record.Â
- Funds:Â You must have sufficient funds to support yourself and any dependents.Â
- Application:Â You must submit your application a few days before your arrival.

- Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any
- 2 Scanned recent colour photograph. (Photo Specification);
- 2 Visa Application forms: completed and signed
- Personal Covering letter: explaining purpose of travel to the country
- Original Bank Statement: stamped & updated for last 3 months with bank seal
- Air tickets: proof of return flight tickets from and back to your home country
- Hotel reservation: proof of accommodation for your entire stay
- Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate: required for visa application and for travel to Liberia
FAQ OF LEBERIA VISA
The Liberia Embassy issues a Single and Multiple entry visa for Indians. The Single entry is issued for a period of 3 months only, whereas a multiple entry visa is issued for 6 months and 1 year respectively.
The common reasons for Liberia visa rejection are:
- Incomplete application form.
- Unsigned passport.
- Expired passport.
- Passports with less than 6 months validity.
- No passport pictures submitted.
- Wrong application form.
- No passport submitted.
- Insufficient funds.
- No application form submitted.
- No payment/incorrect payment amount.
- Lack of supporting documents.
- Invalid pictures.
- Lack of pages in passport.
In the case of a Liberia visa rejection, the Embassy will state the reason for rejecting your visa application. You may also appeal against the decision if you find it necessary.
